What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health Insurance Plan Auditor position at Detego Health?
As a Health Insurance Plan Builder, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing health insurance plans that meet the needs of our customers while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including executive team, directors, and marketing teams, to create innovative and competitive insurance products. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform the development of new insurance plans.
REQUIRED:
- Health Insurance Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of health plan documents, including their structure and compliance requirements.
- Revenue Cycle Management: Proficiency in managing and analyzing healthcare revenue cycles to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Claims Processing and Auditing: Experience in handling claims, conducting audits, and resolving discrepancies effectively.
- Salesforce Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Salesforce for data management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
Detego Health is a national Third Party Administrator (TPA) and level-funded plan sponsor offering self-funded and level-funded plan administration and reporting.
