  • Conduct sessions as scheduled by Program Director
  • Process admissions on new participants
  • Conduct Assessment and Treatment Planning sessions for participants
  • Assist participants with all case management needs (legal docs, employment, etc.)
  • Document all sessions
  • Communicate any concerns about participants to Program Director
  • Participate in Case Review

Qualifications:

  • Registration / Certification Substance Abuse Counselor (CCAPP, CAADE, CADTP)
  • Current TB test, Health Screening Report, CPR/First Aid Cert.
  • Must pass FBI/DOJ live scan background check
