The DAC is seeking passionate and dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to high-quality food preparation, and a strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to Club recipes and standards
- Cleans and sanitizes the work station
- Serves items within established portions and presentation standards
- Notifies Sous Chef of expected shortages
- Ensures that assigned work area and equipment are clean and sanitary
- Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules at all times.
- Sets up, maintains and breaks down work station
- Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations
- Maintains the highest sanitary standards
- Assists with other duties as assigned by Sous chef
- Stores food properly, labeled and dated.
