- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed.
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
- Remove trash and recycling from the kitchen area regularly to maintain a clean environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
