Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations within the business, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with customers.
- Oversee security/driveaway procedures on a day to day basis.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in time management, and shift management.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the company.
- Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and product displays to optimize performances.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security and logistics or a similar role.
- Strong with attention to details.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated time management abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Experience in shift management or assistant manager roles is highly desirable.
