Detroit Recovery Project, Inc. (DRP) is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) that provides outpatient recovery support services for those with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. We treat the whole person through our integrated programs of primary medical and behavioral healthcare.
Our program philosophy is rooted in developing a healthy recovery ecosystem for those seeking long-term recovery. Through strong therapeutic relationships with our clients, helping them to understand the underlying social and emotional issues that drive their substance use, the recovery ecosystem focuses on five key areas :

What we're looking for :
The Peer Navigator will work with the participant to develop a care plan and to maintain engagement of participant to obtain services. The Peer Navigator will provide peer support to pregnant and postpartum people who have been identified as having risk for substance misuse. Services provision will focus on connecting families to needed community resources including home visitation programs. The Peer Navigator will also work with community partners to develop referral pathways for pregnant individuals that need peer support.
Compensation Range : The pay rate for this position is $20-21 / hr and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. This is a salaried-exempt role that is ineligible for overtime compensation.

Pay Range : $20 - $21 per hour
