The ideal candidate will bring innovative solutions, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for building high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with business objectives.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment success, identify trends, and optimize hiring strategies.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the talent acquisition process.Manage recruitment budgets, technology platforms, and external vendor relationships.Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and best practices.Key Resume Requirements for Head of Talent AcquisitionExperience & Leadership : 10 years in talent acquisition, 5 years in leadership, high-volume recruiting, executive hiring, and managing PEO / RPO partnerships.Technical Skills : Expertise in ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc.), recruitment analytics, and HR technology tools.Industry & Compliance Knowledge : Strong understanding of employment laws and multi-location hiring.Strategic & Operational Abilities : Proven success in talent strategy, workforce planning, process optimization, and managing recruitment budgets.Soft Skills : Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving.Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certifications preferred).Other : Metro Detroit-based, ability to travel locally, experience in a hybrid work environment.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement : Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
