What are the responsibilities and job description for the Game Presentation Director - Lakeland, FL position at Detroit Tigers?
Job Summary:
The Game Presentation Director will be responsible for camera direction and operation of NewTek TriCaster during sixteen (16) Detroit Tigers spring training games and sixty-six (66) Flying Tigers regular season games. Collaboration with Game Presentation Producer and Broadcast Engineer to execute in-game video board entertainment and camera feed for live-stream broadcast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the execution of the game-day script during Spring Training and Lakeland Flying Tigers events, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with marketing, sponsorship, and creative teams to integrate promotional content seamlessly into the game presentation.
- Assist Broadcast Engineer with technical support & troubleshooting of video production equipment, including switcher, cameras, and router.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education & experience also considered.
- Previous experience working in video production or similar technical field.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, detail oriented, well organized, and self-motivated.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management skills.
Working Conditions:
Office & Outdoor Stadium Environment.
Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
