Your Tasks:

• Single Point contact with customer related to PPAP process

• Specialist reporting Aptiv internally, regarding quality (DPRTS, others)

• Support in term of collect quality data and summarize in report for all quality alerts or terms of escalation (Q Help)

• Coordination of Customer Specifications related to PPAP (including Measurement Book)

• Creates PPAP activity plan based on customer requirement

• Assures that activities are performed acc. with PPAP plan and distributes to relevant functions, based on request

• Participates to customer PPAP sessions in the plant and makes upfront preparation  

• Participates to Customer Meetings related to PPAP, as Aptiv specialist  

• Responsible to coordinate periodical requalification activities with Plants

• Support for Integration and Training of new personnel dedicated to PPAP

• PPAP Agreements with Customer for transfers

• Delivers training to Aptiv personnel related to customer measurement specification (including project specific measurement book) and customer portal access and navigation

Your Background: 

• Years of Relevant Experience: minimum 1 year experience in automotive sector

• Educational Background: Technician / Business Administration

• Specific competencies/skill: MS Office, Customer Portals (Covisint)

• Proficient in English and German
