You will be responsible for continuously reviewing the portfolio for opportunities to add value through renovation, expansion or repositioning of the asset. Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiating significant leases and overseeing every aspect of the leasing process.
- Managing a team to ensure excellent leasing and property management services.
- Reviewing market trends in value, cost and supply/demand fundamentals and evaluating hold/sell as needed.
- Developing leasing and capital investment strategies (including ESG initiatives), along with income/expense budgets for each asset.
- Presenting annual plans to Portfolio Managers as required and presenting Investment Committee Memos related to property-specific capital investments to Investment Committee.
