Overview
As an operations expert on the Client Data Management Americas team, your role involves managing various functions including client reference data management and client account management. You are responsible for overseeing bank processing and operational activities, with a focus on meeting time zone sensitive and regulatory requirements. Your key objectives are to ensure effective communication with senior stakeholders, implement necessary changes with minimal disruptions to business activities, handle escalated requests and projects, and adhere to Key Operating Procedures and Standard Level Agreements. Additionally, you play a crucial role in identifying and resolving data issues to ensure the readiness of data for use in bank systems.

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $48,000 to $68,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
