Overview
We are seeking an experienced attorney to head the Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team in the Legal Department in our New York City office. You will lead a team of attorneys responsible for providing legal support and legal risk management to Deutsche Bank's U.S. M&A and Capital Markets businesses. This expands across a full range of buyside and sellside, and debt and equity transactions.

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $170,000 to $320,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
