Overview
Deutsche Bank is one of the few banks with the scale and network to compete aggressively in this space, with a breadth of investment in this area unmatched by our peers. You will have the opportunity to influence the design of complex platforms from "Day One" and help lead the teams to expand upon our platform to solve the technology challenges of tomorrow: providing automation solutions, building out components of our single-user interface portal our key-stone technology platform that is both internal and external client-facing. Our team is tasked with transforming the Corporate Bank on a distinctive portfolio of work introducing green-field technology and responsibilities that include transforming operational teams.
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join Trust & Agency Services. Deutsche Bank's extensive offerings across the debt and equity capital markets include trustee, agency, escrow, document custody and related services as well as depositary receipts.

What You'll Do
Lead the design through the discovery, design, development and delivery processes while identifying continuous improvement opportunities
Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to support your decision making
Produce interactive prototypes in Figma or Axure for user testing and demonstrations
Conducting user interviews and user testing (in-person and remote) and run workshop/walkthrough sessions using Design Sprint and Design Thinking methodologies
Ensuring all outputs adhere to relevant policies and standards
Design user-friendly, accessible, best practice and pixel-perfect applications for web and devices (iOS, Android, responsive web and WCAG 2.2 AA standards)
How You'll Lead
Mentor junior UX/UI designers while collaborating closely with your Squad and Tribe
Perform project specific design reviews using accepted heuristics
Skills You'll Need
Extensive relevant professional working experience
A broad and comprehensive knowledge in user experience and user interface design supported by a portfolio of case studies (please provide this)
Extensive experience in Design Thinking, encompassing a deep understanding of its methodologies, to include the ability to apply these methodologies to solve complex problems, foster innovation, and create user-centered designs
Expertise in the following applications: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, MS Office Suite, Jira and Confluence
Previous experience in designing complicated enterprise-level workflows
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Fluent in written and spoken English
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $203,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
