Job Description

As a Portfolio and Asset Management Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing quantitative and qualitative support for Portfolio Managers and Asset Managers nationally
• Compiling underwriting in both Argus and Excel to assist with multi-year planning, hold-sell decisions, financings, leasing, value-add strategies, and review of quarterly reporting
• Analyzing leasing opportunities and sensitivities via ARGUS, NPV analyses and market research
• Working with property management teams on everyday operations and engineering teams on construction management
• Supporting the transition of newly acquired properties from the Transactions group the Portfolio/Asset management group

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree
• Previous real estate work experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
