Overview
The Client Service Officer is dedicated to delivering an excellent client service experience, striving to enhance existing relationships through improved service and developing a service model and reputation that attracts new clients. They deliver customer driven solutions which contribute to the profitability and growth of their dedicated client base. They assist with client issues independently, proactively, and efficiently to the satisfaction of the client, under the guidance of Client Service Manager(s) and Specialist(s).

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $60,000 to $100,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
