Overview
As a Structured Lending Associate, you will play a critical role within the Structured Lending Group, supporting the analysis, negotiation, and execution of new and renewal credit transactions for our Wealth Management (WM) clients and prospects. You will manage and maintain existing loans in the portfolio, collaborating closely with Lending and Portfolio Management Officers, Coverage Team Members, and Credit Risk Management Officers. In this role, you will empower the team to deliver exceptional financial solutions, ensuring adherence to banking regulations and processes, and contributing to the team's overall success. What You'll Do
Assist in all phases of preparing initial credit approvals
Assist in all phases of maintaining a portfolio of existing loans - including preparing annual reviews, tracking covenant requirements, analyzing collateral maintenance requirements, obtaining & analyzing financial statements and tax returns, etc
Work with various models and methodologies to perform complex and sophisticated financial & database analysis functions
Maintain internal spreadsheets and databases as needed
Provide analytical & administrative support for other initiatives related to lending activities - as needed
Skills You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Proven experience in the banking or finance industry, with a focus on credit analysis and banking regulations
Proficiency in working with financial statements, complex tax returns, and basic financial modeling
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously without direct supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $90,000 to $139,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
