Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Deutz Power Center (DPC) Regional Director will oversee and align regional operations with corporate goals, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and service excellence within the region. The DPC Regional Director will lead and mentor regional teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation. Additionally, the DPC Regional Director will collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure cohesive service delivery and operational excellence across all areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
The DPC Regional Director will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties :
- Oversee regional operations, including operational efficiency, sales, delivery, and support functions within the assigned Region to ensure alignment with Deutz DPC Growth goals.
- In conjunction with the DEUTZ Power Center engine sales and marketing group, develop and grow the assigned territory creating new business opportunities that will support the growth targets for recent engine sales, parts sales, and the service business.
- Develop a budget and forecasts for the Region that comply with DEUTZ's budgeted financial targets and monitor and report the center's performance.
- Coordinate with branch teams to maintain profit and loss (P&L) ownership, ensuring financial health and performance of the region.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the DEUTZ Service Center leadership.

Travel Demands : Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 90% depending on business needs.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

Description
BS Degree in Business Management or equivalent field.
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent field.
15 years of operations experience in a business and service environment, 5 years of managerial operations experience
Working knowledge of service in off-highway equipment markets, e.g., construction, agriculture, material handling, power generation.
Familiar with the challenges and opportunities facing after-market parts sales and services
Extensive knowledge of business operations principles, procedures, analytics, and financial modeling, and best practices.
Experience with working in a matrix organization, obtaining results through others and influencing change in areas outside of direct responsibilities.
Experience leading high-performance teams
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

LANGUAGE ABILITY :
Read, analyze and interpret complex documents. Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries. Write speeches and articles using innovative techniques. Make persuasive presentations on complex topics to management, public groups and / or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL ABILITY :
Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY :
Apply logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Deal with nonverbal symbolism (e.g., formulas and equations) in difficult phases. Deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
