Junior UI / UX Front-End Developer, #865
Dev Technology Group is seeking an experienced and talented Junior UI / UX Front-End developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of frontend frameworks (React), UI libraries, CSS methodologies, SVG and 508 compliance accessibility standards to develop and enhance visually engaging, high performant web applications.
Clearance : Must have the ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust
What You'll Be Doing :
- Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, high performing UI's using React and Single Spa.
- Implement functional UI / UX designs while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness
- Implement use of CSS and UI component libraries (example, Bootstrap, Trussworks, etc) to enhance and standardize user interfaces within organization
- Optimize applications while ensuring 508 compliance and adherence to WCAG standards (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
- Able to work independently and in collaboration with designers, managers, engineers to meet business requirements and deadlines
- Keep current with front end technologies and best practices
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve UI / UX issues
- SVG manipulation and / or creation as needed

Our estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000. This presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The offered salary is based on education, experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements appropriate to the role.
