Support TSA's IT systems and mission-critical systems through operations support, technology innovation, management services, system maintenance, and the development and implementation of new software solutions
What You'll Be Doing :
Specific Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain the RHEL-based server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and patch management.
- Work on RHEL 7.x / 8.x and perform system administration, which includes installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform system backups and recovery processes to ensure high availability and data protection.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to meet business requirements and enhance the RHEL server environment.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior administrators, fostering their professional growth.
- Perform vulnerability scans using common scanning tools such as Tenable, Hp WebInspect, and others
- Investigate security breaches, risks, and attacks; create mitigation plans and implement both proactive and retrospective solutions

Our estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000. This presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on education, experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role.
