Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your responsibilities will include managing cash transactions, assisting with accepting food orders at the front counter as well as drive thru, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the front of house area. Position includes competitive pay range plus tips. Pay range will be confirmed at time of offer of employment.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections.
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately handle cash transactions.
- Utilize POS system for processing orders and payments.
- Deliver food orders to tables (Customer's will self-service drinks)
- Sanitate work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain cleanliness.
- Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Willingness to help team members and contribute positively to the workplace culture.
