About The Role
DPMC is seeking an accomplished litigator to join the firms Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate should be skilled at handling cases from inception through resolution. This role involves managing a diverse caseload and delivering strategic advice to clients. Candidates will support numerous governmental entities and private clients in the state of California. Ask us about our low billable hourly requirement and annual bonuses. Discretionary and billable incentives are available. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute case strategies, including risk assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Work closely with clients to provide clear legal advice, case assessments, and updates on case developments
- Support all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, pre-trial motions, and settlement negotiations
- Collaborate with expert witnesses, including medical, forensic, engineering, and economic experts, to strengthen case arguments
