Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
· Guide new accounts through onboarding processes including paperwork collection, portal access setup, and initial supply delivery.
· Serve as the primary internal point of contact for assigned accounts, providing support via phone, email, or direct coordination with sales reps.
· Conduct check-ins with clients and escalate concerns or requests to the appropriate departments.
Account Operations & Maintenance
· Track sample volume, ensure consistency in submissions, and follow up with reps or clients if volume declines.
· Process supply requests and coordinate logistics with the fulfillment team.
· Assist with setting up courier services, test requisitions, and portal issues as needed.
· Audit accounts for missing forms or outdated information, and initiate corrections as needed.
Team Coordination & Communication
· Collaborate with sales reps, collectors, and executive staff to ensure accounts are functioning properly and meeting performance targets.
· Maintain organized records of account communication, onboarding documents, and client-specific needs.
· Join weekly team meetings and provide updates on account status, client concerns, and internal action items.
Internal System Management
· Use Google Sheets, Forms, and tracking tools to manage account data and updates.
· Coordinate with billing, supplies, and logistics teams to fulfill client needs.
· Ensure clients have access to updated marketing materials, test menus, and educational support.

Qualifications:
Required:
· 2 years of experience in account management, healthcare administration, or operations support.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Gmail).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred:
