Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and negotiation skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
- High motivation and goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the tech industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
- Shadow senior sales representatives throughout the sales cycle to gain hands-on experience with client interactions and deal progression
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and how DevBerri’s solutions can address them
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met
- Stay informed on industry trends and DevBerri’s product offerings to provide insights during the sales process
