Data and AI - Business Leader - (AVP)

Objectives of this role

• Serve as the main point of contact in all Data & AI engagement to client concerns and needs.
• Manage $100M large strategic accounts on growth and customer satisfaction.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic solutions and ensure KPIs are being met.
• Thrives in an ever-evolving Business and Technology landscape.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
• Lead a highly talented team spread across the regions either directly or in a matrix.
• Provide strategic insights to help create or extend our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
• Stay on top of one or more accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
• Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
• Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
• Manage organizational deliverables by using industry standards methods.
• Collaborate with internal business units and external partners extensively to provide outcome-based solutions to clients.

Required skills and qualifications.

• Extensive domain knowledge in various industries.
• Demonstrated AI led revenue generation.
• Recognized by the industry as a thought leader frameworks, podcasts, etc.
• Proven specialization and expertise in Data & AI. Extensive experience in designing and architecting Data marts, Dara Warehouse, Data Lake.
• Must be in tune with current trends in AI &ML. Ability to lead discussion on AI & ML Use cases, business benefits and implementation of Advance analytics is mandatory
• Must have good understanding of AI platform provisioned by Microsoft Azure, Google Vertex or Amazon.
• Experience in engaging OEMs like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Dell, NVIDIA for Private AI solutions.
• Must have good technical knowhow and understanding of Cloud Technology, Cloud Data Warehouse / Data Lake platform
• Must have good expertise in Data Governance practices. Ability to lead solution for Data Quality, Data Profiling, Data Catalog and Metadata management strategy
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Crafted Statement of Work, Proposals, Master Services Agreements, Service Level Objectives, etc.
• Managed revenue of the assigned client/s including managing profit and loss of the assigned account.
• Engaged global practice and solution team which wins high value contracts.
• Acted as Trusted advisor to the clients.
