Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex data science projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Utilize Azure ML and Databricks to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and data pipelines
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies, and apply them to improve existing processes and models
- Communicate complex analytical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions using Databricks and Azure Data Lake.
- Oversee the development and deployment of data science models to solve complex business problems.
- Provide technical expertise in ML/Kube/Sagema/Azure ML Admin and Azure ML Studio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all data platforms and solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and technical skills.

Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Databricks and Azure Data Lake.
