We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with expertise in Linux, ServiceNow, and macOS environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Linux and macOS systems.
- Manage and resolve IT service requests and incidents via ServiceNow.
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux and macOS devices and software.
- Perform system updates, security patches, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and application-related issues.
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations.
