Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Utilize call center software to manage client interactions efficiently
- Assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle cash transactions when necessary
- Collaborate with the team to enhance client services and improve customer experience
Skills
- Proficient in English language for effective communication with clients
- Experience in sales or customer support roles is preferred
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
