Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set to contribute effectively to our healthcare environment.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care in various medical settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the medical team
- Assist with medical procedures such as CT scans, laboratory tests, and medical imaging
- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Utilize physiology knowledge to assess patient conditions and respond accordingly
- Document patient medical information accurately and efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in ventilating patients and providing infant care is preferred
- Ability to lift and move patients when necessary
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
- Familiarity with working in a fast-paced healthcare setting, particularly in a Level II Trauma Center
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $61.00 - $77.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
