Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities.
Duties
- Perform general custodial duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Maintain and stock cleaning supplies
- Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing
- Handle industrial and commercial cleaning tasks
- Assist with porter duties as needed
- Perform custodial tasks in various areas including restrooms, offices, and common areas
Experience
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance and custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of residential painting is a plus
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing is beneficial
- Ability to perform a variety of custodial tasks efficiently and effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
