Responsibilities
- Provide clinical counseling and therapy to individuals in need
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients
- Conduct research to stay current with best practices in social work
- Coordinate home and community care services for patients
- Offer Christian counseling services if requested
- Specialize in addiction counseling for individuals struggling with substance abuse
- Perform patient assessments to determine needs and develop care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Experience
- Previous experience in clinical counseling and therapy
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Knowledge of research methodologies in social work
- Experience in providing home and community care services
- Familiarity with Christian counseling practices is a plus
- Specialization in addiction counseling preferred
- Strong skills in patient assessment and care planning
- Ability to maintain detailed medical records accurately
- Experience collaborating with hospitals and healthcare professionals
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
