Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Fabricate and weld components as necessary to repair or enhance building infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
- Lead small teams on specific projects or repairs, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems is required.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities is preferred.
- Leadership experience in managing small teams or projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A customer service mindset with effective communication skills is crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
