Job Description
Key responsibilities: primary duties include outreach to community agencies through phone calls/emails to obtain updated information then log onto a shared tracker in Excel; retrieving email messages from a joint bureau inbox and either responding to or distributing them to appropriate team for response; maintaining other various trackers in Excel to assist the team in operational efficiency and quick responses; assist with other special request tasks with excellent customer service as needed and to provide professional communication in a timely manner. The staff person should be familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) and preferably Microsoft Teams as well.
Minimum Job Specifications/ Certifications
Need a Program Specialist level of work ability/experience with the knowledge of Microsoft systems including Microsoft Teams. Prefer candidate to have a higher level knowledge of MS Excel. Prefer candidate to have some financial knowledge/experience, but not a requirement. No special certifications required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
