Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Tallahassee, FL (Hybrid)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 40-50 inbound calls daily, delivering quality customer service and clear communication.
  • Address billing and eligibility questions, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and references for follow-up and review.
  • Use reference materials to provide accurate and helpful responses.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to supervisors as needed.
  • Train and support peers and new team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (phone or face-to-face).
  • Strong verbal communication, attention to detail, and computer skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Reliable, prompt, and professional demeanor
