Title: Janitor

Contract: Long Term Contract
Pay Range: $17/hour on W2
Summary
As a Janitorial Worker, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your core skills in cleaning, custodial, and commercial cleaning to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Your experience in industrial cleaning and residential painting will enhance our team's effectiveness. We expect you to demonstrate attention to detail and a strong work ethic while performing floor care and maintenance tasks. Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all building occupants.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of restrooms/concourses/seating areas
- Use of backpack blowers and hoses to blow/wash down the stadium concourses and seating areas
- Trash collection, emptying trash cans and picking up loose trash inside the stadium.
- Spot clean elevators
- Snow removal (shoveling) along with putting out ice melt and sand
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles
- Strong cleaning skills, including floor care and commercial cleaning
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance
- Ability to perform buffing and maintenance tasks
- Experience in residential painting and porter duties is a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment
