Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, review, and edit change management training and communications.
- Review and edit training documentation for standardization.
- Develop training videos to advance learner s knowledge in complex system areas.
- Partner with business and support team to maximize Oracle Cloud system adoption.
- Create and implement strategic communications and change management deliverables including but not limited to slide decks, roadmaps, social media account management, organizational design, workforce analytics and evaluation, and more.
