Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Healthcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of behavioral health, including working with people with developmental disabilities, child and family counseling, geriatrics, crisis management, cognitive behavioral therapy, PTSD care, and inpatient settings. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and clinic operations is essential for this role.
Duties
- Provide behavioral health services to individuals across different age groups and backgrounds
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy
- Offer support and counseling to individuals experiencing crisis situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- Degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- Licensure or certification as a Behavioral Healthcare Provider
- Proven experience in providing care to individuals with diverse behavioral health needs
- Familiarity with working in inpatient settings and outpatient clinics
- Strong understanding of crisis management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
