Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of restrooms/concourses/seating areas
- Use of backpack blowers and hoses to blow/wash down the stadium concourses and seating areas
- Trash collection, emptying trash cans and picking up loose trash inside the stadium.
- Spot clean elevators
- Snow removal (shoveling) along with putting out ice melt and sand
Landscape - pulling/spraying weeds within the stadium
Tasks vary depending on what we need done but these are mostly the day to day. Other things may include hanging and removing windscreens, custodial support in our other facilities, moving things around, etc.
We will provide all tools/equipment necessary to complete the job
This job requires them to work in all types of weather (cold, rain/snow, hot, etc.) and they will need to dress accordingly. They will also need to be able to walk up and down roughly 28 rows at a steep incline while carrying a 2” fire hose as part of the stadium cleaning.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
