Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repairs to various industrial equipment and machinery at manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and ammeters for diagnostics
- Operate scissor lifts safely for elevated repairs
- Collaborate with the industrial mechanics and HVAC technicians
- Perform field service visits to customer locations
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proficiency in low voltage systems
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility
- Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
