Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance claims by reviewing medical documentation and ensuring compliance with DRG, CPT coding, and ICD-9/ICD-10 standards.
- Organize and maintain accurate medical records and financial software entries.
- Assist clients with understanding their coverage and benefits while adhering to workers' compensation laws.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather necessary information for claims processing.
- Ensure timely filing of claims and follow up on outstanding issues.
