Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our facilities.
Duties
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to handle basic maintenance equipment
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to prioritize work effectively
