Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling and therapy services to individuals and groups, ensuring the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide individual and group counseling sessions
- Manage case files and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Administer therapy sessions following best practices and ethical guidelines
- Utilize medical records to inform treatment plans
- Lead group therapy sessions and facilitate discussions
- Incorporate Christian counseling principles if applicable
Skills
- Possession of a valid LISW or LPCC license
- CPR certified
