Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain network switching and routing solutions
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network configurations
- Implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Conduct regular network maintenance and updates
- Provide technical support for network-related incidents
Requirements
- Proficiency in network switching and routing technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as Splunk
- Knowledge of various operating systems including Ubuntu, openSUSE, and UNIX
- Familiarity with SDLC processes for network infrastructure projects
- Understanding of EIGRP routing protocol
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMWare
- Certification in networking is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
