Job Overview:
The client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support capital projects within State Parks. This hybrid role involves attending virtual and on-site construction project meetings, providing status updates, and acting as a liaison between park staff, designers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend design and construction meetings for assigned capital projects
- Provide status updates to the Facilities Management team as requested
- Act as a liaison between Tennessee State Parks staff, designers, and contractors
- Escalate concerns or issues to the appropriate stakeholders
- Participate in virtual and/or on-site project meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in a management or construction-related field
- General knowledge of construction project processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, including Teams and Outlook
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
