DevCo is seeking a full-time Enterprise Applications Manager to join our team in Bellevue, WA. The Enterprise Applications Manager will oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of all DevCo Residential Group platforms to meet the needs of our organization. They will ensure collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless integration, streamline processes, and drive efficiency in all software relationships. They must maintain positive functional relationships not only with internal leaders, but those in the different software partner organizations. They will also work with their peer level to ensure all integrations are stable and consistent from a Data Governance and Data Integrity point of view. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements and streamline business processes.

Pay Details: $115,000 - $150,000/Annual

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Customization: Direct any implementations within various platforms, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems as needed.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive user adoption.
- Data Management: Oversee integration and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and successful integrations such as accounting, development, and construction.
- System Administration: Oversee teams managing user access, security settings, and data integrity within various systems. Provide ongoing Tier 3 support, troubleshooting, and training to users.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with software providers, or third-party vendors for help desk-related issues, enhancements, and upgrades. Manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Application Ownership: Owning the software application relationship, successful operation, solutions, and enhancements end to end.
- Reporting and Analytics: Direct the creation of custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Training and Support: Plan and direct training sessions for users on existing systems based on functionality, best practices, and new features.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features/releases of the software partners. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance operations.
- User manuals and Knowledge Base Articles: Manage development and maintenance of knowledge base documents for site staff when needed. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 7 years of experience in enterprise systems management, integrations, and project leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing a Property Management System, Construction Management System or Accounting Systems.
- In-depth knowledge of the various systems functionality, configuration, and customization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and system implementation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at multiple levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in affordable property management with increasing roles and responsibilities.
- Real estate, property management, construction or maintenance industry experience preferred.
- Yardi, RealPage, Procore, or MRI experience preferred.
- Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
- Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.
