We’re looking for a Recruiter to assist in building and managing our recruiting strategy for Property Management in addition to recruiting and placing talent. This individual will support the hiring in our communities, make onsite visits and partner with Property Management leadership to recruit for our communities across the country, including sourcing and building pipelines as well as interviewing and presenting candidates. This position may also responsible for filling other key positions in the organization.

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and support the hiring efforts within our communities including Maintenance and Leasing professionals.
- Maintain heavy on-site presence, focusing on properties with the biggest needs such as lease-ups and those with multiple vacancies.
- Facilitate and manage all facets of the recruiting effort including writing, reviewing and updating job descriptions/job postings, sourcing/screening and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and formulate local recruitment strategies.
- Drive sourcing capability and delivery to proactively build candidate pools, leveraging all available talent channels including partnerships with applicable associations, alumni groups and organizations.
- Source and engage top talent through online channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Develop and implement social media programs to attract and target viable candidates, organize onsite hiring events and attend appropriate career fairs.
- Train managers on effective interviewing and hiring practices.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to attract top talent.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with recruiting vendors, i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, Paycom, to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Manage candidate pipelines, conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Provide a high-touch, consultative experience for candidates and Managers throughout the hiring process.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment strategies to drive efficiency and results.
- Utilize Paycom ATS to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company hiring policies and procedures.
- The ability to partner with all types of managers and be viewed as a trusted advisor.
- Proven ability to source, evaluate, and hire top talent.
- Ability to build authentic, productive, and collaborative relationships with department leaders, hiring managers, and executives across the organization.
- Skilled at multitasking, organizing and prioritizing work with a creative, strategic and hands-on approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to make sound business decisions and deliver results.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills – both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and compliance with HR recruiting processes and practices
- Ability to balance a multiple vacancy workload
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Property Management recruiting preferred
- Business acumen with the ability to understand how this role connects to the business strategy.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting, with a strong focus on process, ATS, and candidate development.
- Expertise in Paycom (ATS), and social media platforms preferred.
- Process definition, design and implementation ability highly desirable.
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
