Entry Level Marketing Assistant

The Entry Level Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department by performing a range of administrative and marketing-related tasks. This role is perfect for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including market research, campaign coordination, and content development (without social media responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Support in creating promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and email newsletters
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure marketing collateral is produced and distributed on time
• Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze data to measure the effectiveness
• Help organize and participate in marketing events such as trade shows and product launches
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department (filing, answering phones, scheduling)
• Assist with proofreading and editing marketing materials to ensure consistency and brand alignment
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
