What You’ll Do:
As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the inventory of components, machines, and attachments in alignment with our production plans. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the inventory of components and attachments, ensuring stock levels align with production schedules.
- Requesting necessary components from HQ or suppliers, based on timing and stock levels.
- Performing regular inventory checks and reconciling any discrepancies between system and actual stock.
- Coordinating material transit times with logistics vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Overseeing inventory for surplus, long-aging, and scrap materials.
- Conducting cycle counts and managing back-ship processes.
- Driving improvements in inbound transportation costs.
- Requesting CKD components from HQ or PDC as needed.
- Updating stock levels for major components daily, and minor components on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Preventing component and attachment shortages and addressing issues with vendors during transportation delays.
- Regularly updating the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system and safety stock levels.
- Managing minimum order volumes and keeping inventory well-organized and optimized.
Work Environment:
This position involves working in a warehouse setting, where you may encounter varying temperatures, humidity, and exposure to noise, vibration, fumes, odors, and dust.

Requirements
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with SAP, including control cycles, material tracking, and movement of inventory
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain inventory or distribution operations
- Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and related industry practices
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Excel for data management and reporting
