If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact, especially for Tribal Nations, their Citizens, and small businesses, this role is tailor-made for you.

This is your chance to apply your degree and experience in lending or economic development as a part of a dynamic team implementing an important Federal program. You will foster relationships with our tribal clients in Southern Oklahoma and commercial lenders across the State.

The salary for this position is competitive and reflective of your experience. You will have benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Paid Time Off, and Simple IRA. Enjoy work-from-home or local co-work space flexibility, allowing you to achieve a satisfying work-life balance while building a strong lending network throughout Oklahoma.

Your role as a Development Loan Officer

At Development Capital Networks (DCN), we are driven by a mission to foster economic development through innovative financial solutions. As Fund Administrators, we are responsible for implementing programs funded by the U.S. Treasury's State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI), on behalf of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and four other Native American tribes. Our role is managing credit support programs to enable private sector lenders to make loans that would otherwise not be possible. In this role, you will engage actively with local lenders through both in-person visits and virtual discussions, marketing credit programs and building relationships.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing transactions, ensuring compliance with SSBCI criteria, and preparing comprehensive reports for quarterly client advisory meetings. Additionally, you will manage loan records, address payment issues, and become an expert on our funding programs.

Representing DCN at local and statewide events will further enhance your role, allowing you to build strong relationships and contribute to the credit support programs' overall success.
