The SAE will be tasked with identifying timely story hooks, developing strategic pitches, cultivating relationships with influential media contacts, delegating assignments, providing PR counsel to clients and working closely with the PR Director to develop and execute strategic PR plans.
We are looking for a creative, high-achieving public relations professional who is a strong writer, has a track record of working with the media, thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can build client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyze daily news (local and national) for 4-5 clients, identifying media opportunities.
- Identifying timely story hooks and developing strategic pitches
- Cultivating relationships with influential media contacts
- Providing PR counsel to clients and working closely with the PR Director to develop and execute strategic PR plans
