Summary
As a Bakery Clerk/Cake Decorator at Sweet Street Bakery, you will play a vital role that may have many responsibilities that include providing key support to each of the team members. This may include providing assistance with decorating, baking, providing customer service, and/or maintaining the cleanliness of the bakery. This position is essential in promoting our mission of providing supportive and enriching experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Bakers and Decorators with the Designs
- Supporting Bakers and Decorators with Producing Quality and Presentable Products
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating area.
- Provide excellent customer service during client interactions.
- Ensuring the Bakery is Properly Cleaned and Maintained.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills to engage positively with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Must pass a DHI Background Check in line with DHI policy and DHS standards (see Background Checks policy for most current guidelines)
